APOLLO BEACH, FL / JUNE 24, 2022 / Four years after buying an Apollo Beach multi-family community, a Sarasota-based entrepreneur, philanthropist, and real estate investor, Eric Baird, sold the majority renovated 66-unit property for $7.9 million valued at a 5.52% capitalization rate. The sale was roughly $4.5 million more than itspurchase price by Baird in 2018.
